I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Hyderabad, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Priyanshu. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist with anything I needed made a significant difference. Whether it was helping with my requests, providing recommendations, or simply greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude, Priyanshu truly exemplified hospitality at its finest. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Bikash, Lavish, Roshni, and Riyaz, who were equally incredible in delivering top-notch service. Their attentiveness, dedication, and commitment to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed. They always had a smile on their faces and ensured that every request was met with efficiency and care. It’s rare to find such a team of individuals who are so passionate about making guests feel at home. Novotel Hyderabad is truly lucky to have such an outstanding staff.

I liked the security of the place it's one of the safest in hyderabad. The staff was very nice and friendly I liked how everyone of them is smiling and take time to say hello and greet. The breakfast and dinner was not that good as there was mostly an Indian cuisine although some of them were good but most are not preferred I would certainly not up to 5 star hotel. There was the manger at twilight shift he was so good and very helpful he I can't remember his name but he have made an exception for us, we missed dinner time because our luggage were missing during arrival so we came late he have taking the initiative to arrange dinner for us. Thank you very much.

Fabulous hotel extremely close to the airport which was perfect for our 7am departure. We booked a Premier Executive room for 2 nights which gave us an airport transfer and access to the Executive Lounge. This was definitely the best Executive Lounge we’ve used in our many travels across India and even surpassed the Taj hotels we’ve stayed at. Lovely lounge with ambient music, secluded tables and hot and cold food between 6pm-8pm including amazing chicken tikka! Breakfast was fantastic with a wide and plentiful spread and no queues to get in like other hotels we’d stayed at!

Staff! It was the staff definitely. So resourceful and dedicated. I was there in hyderabad for just a night to attend a dear friend's wedding and while I watched a ton of saree draping videos, none of it helped and when I called the fornt desk for help - they didnt hesitate and sent help in the form of two angels who helped me get ready in 20 minutes and be on my way. I can't thank them enough for all they did.

A short trip that needs an early morning flight makes this hotel a perfect place. 10 mins to the airport. If you are there for a day this would make sense. If you can travel for 1 hour to the airport, you can get much better value for money with a lot of other 5 stars. This is an OK place to stay, more like a business hotel and super expensive for what it offers.
