Novotel Hyderabad Airport

Firstly, I booked this hotel as its nearby to airdrop and that was the main reason but when I checked in Isha manager responsible for many things gave me a complimentary premium lounge access the staff was very courteous in the lounge they served cocktails beers n whiskey I was awestruck at the fast service by the staff they were very friendly and asked me every ten minutes if am fine with the service or not they even bought me fresh corn salad which was complimentary I will recommend Novotel airport to anyone who wants to stay here and I thank Dinesh n isha for the hospitality. Thank you so much will surely book n stay at this hotel

What happened today has made me forever fan of Novotel Hyderbad and i shall always remain indebted to the hotel staff and it management. Where do I begin? I have always been staying here whenever I am in Hyderabad and today was one of those days again when I am back from a tiring day and have to catch and early morning flight at 4. I got out or the lift and kept my purse at the console. ... AND FORGOT IT THERE. I went to the room and remembered it only an hour later. I went back to get it AND IT WAS NOT THERE :(((((( I reported it to hotel operator and she told me she will revert. I was perplexed and went to hotel lobby immediately. The security manager Mr Durga was immediately available along with the duty Manager. They guided me to security room and for next one hour patiently scanned, identified and took videos to identify the woman. They tracked her and got my purse back. Let me put it, the person was definitely not trying to steal but thought someone want from the event had forgot so kept it as safekeeping. I do not have enough word to express my gratitude towards excellence in service from the hotel staff. Their diligence and patience along with an eagerness to help to save hotel reputation was clearly visible. Thank you so much everyone I am so thankful and happy. The hotel is comfortable and very close to the airport and its location is quiet. The lunch buffet is better than breakfast.

Location, it was quiet, beautiful breakfast and the interior design lovely. Good the hotel had 24 hr checkin as got in at 2am.

Good service, nice pool, clean, good.location, kind staff and nice food in the restaurant
